1. About these terms

This website is operated under the business name Taskmentum(“Taskmentum”, “we”, “us”). By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is for

This site describes the services we offer and lets you apply for a free audit or send us an enquiry. It is provided for general information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting a form does not create a contract between us.

3. Applying for an audit

When you submit an audit application you agree that:

• the information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• we may use it to prepare for and contact you about the audit, as described in our Privacy Policy;
• we are not obliged to accept any application, and we may decline to work with anyone without giving reasons.

The audit is free and carries no obligation on either side to proceed further.

4. No advice

Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Anything we discuss during a free audit is general commercial commentary based on the information you give us. You should take your own professional advice before committing capital.

5. Our services are governed by a separate agreement

Descriptions of our services on this website — including the stages of a build, the milestone-based payment structure, timescales, and any completion undertaking — are summaries for information only.

The terms that actually govern any work we do for you, including what is delivered, what it costs, what each party is responsible for, and the precise scope and conditions of any undertaking about timescales, are set out in a separate written client agreement signed by both parties. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence.

6. No guarantee of results

Selling on Amazon is an inventory business. Capital is committed months before it returns, and it carries a genuine risk of loss — including the risk of losing some or all of the money you invest.

We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, rankings or any other commercial outcome. Marketplace conditions, competitor behaviour, supplier performance and Amazon’s own policies are outside our control. Nothing on this website is a forecast or a promise of financial return.

Taskmentum is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Any reference to Amazon on this site is descriptive — it identifies the marketplace we work in, nothing more.

You remain responsible for complying with Amazon’s own terms of service and seller policies in respect of any account held in your name.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy any part of it without our written permission.

Photography on this site is licensed stock imagery and is illustrative. It does not depict our clients, our staff, or products we have built.

9. Availability

We try to keep the site available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
